Nel complesso un buon posto con un design luminoso. La posizione è a circa 20-25 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria o a 15 minuti dalla stazione della metropolitana con collegamento diretto per l'aeroporto. È accogliente per gli stranieri, dato che il personale cordiale parla un po' di inglese o cerca di comunicare tramite un traduttore online. Il letto era molto comodo, l'aria condizionata funzionava bene per rinfrescare, il Wi-Fi era veloce. Due piccole pecche: lo scarico della doccia non funzionava bene e c'era uno strano odore in camera al mio arrivo, ma niente di grave. La colazione non è a buffet. Vi verrà servito un vassoio con del cibo, come mostrato in foto. Se vi piacciono le zampe di pollo e i gamberi in porridge di riso a colazione, li adorerete :)
D'altro canto, ti insistono molto per lasciare una recensione a 5 stelle al momento del check-out. Hanno persino un manuale apposito in diverse lingue. Questo rovina la buona impressione generale.

1. The hotel is located right smack in the middle of action. There was a street food next door, with McD, Pizza Hut and KFC all within 05 mins of walking. There was a mall with a Walmart hypermarket at the underground level nearby. It is convenient for those who stayed more than a few nights and needed to provision for work in Dalian.
2. There is a university nearby, plus a hill overlooking the Dalian city which you can conveniently walk/jog up to in the morning/evening.
3, The room is sufficiently well spaced, the bed and pillows are comfy, the lights are decently illuminant, the shower water pressure strong and the temperature hot when you need it ; the room is well decorated, there is enough work space on the table, there is a fridge ; the basin, the toilet bowl, and the shower room are independent of each other. In other words, a well thought out room layout. The lighting control is well calibrated, the central air conditioning is quiet, there is a special pop-out plug points on the table for laptops and phone charging.
4. The breakfast is good, a bit of every kind, mainly Chinese dish but some Western oriented salad style vege/fruits for those who need it. Milk is available (not something to be taken for granted in China as milk is not commonly available)
5. There is a free laundry room for use, the detergent and softener are provided free-of-charge ; iron and iron board is available as well.
6. The hotel service is tightly run by its Manager who ensure the staff are always tending as soon as possible to the customers. A special thanks to reception staff 孙晓辉 for patiently helping out with China-specific app for about 30 mins.

CCELESTE RAMONARecentemente sono rimasto in questo hotel e ho avuto una splendida esperienza. L'appartamento era bellissimo, con splendide viste che rendevano il mio soggiorno ancora più piacevole. All'interno dell'hotel, è assolutamente bellissimo, con un bel ambiente e attenzione ai dettagli. Sono arrivata tardi, ma Maggie (credo che fosse il suo nome) era incredibilmente gentile e utile, facendomi sentire benvenuta subito. L'hotel è situato in un'area fantastica, con facile accesso al trasporto. Ho goduto il mio soggiorno così tanto che ho aggiunto un giorno extra per rimanere più a lungo. KKeithWe stayed at this excellent hotel for three nights during our first visit to Dalian in May. The room was very clean and had some very useful amenities such as a refrigerator, clothes washer and a bidet toilet. It was very convenient to wash our clothes and save money.
The staff was very helpful and kind. Mr. Chen helped me find an excellent Thai massage spa (Tai Baba) nearby and helped us get taxis. We are especially grateful to the manager Mr. Leon. He left his busy post at the front desk and walked with me several blocks to get medicine for my wife who was briefly ill.
We opted for the Chinese breakfast all three days and it was very good. However, the western food selection was limited. That was not a problem for us because the Chinese food was delicious. We are from the USA.
Mr. Leon recommended an excellent Japanese restaurant (Konoha or Jiuye) with a huge menu selection in the same building. We ate there twice and there was a waitress who spoke fluent Japanese. There are many Japanese restaurants in close walking distance to the hotel. Also, the hotel is located near a shopping mall with a huge food court on the top floor. We recommend Chinese and foreigners to stay at the Shan Shui S Hotel when visiting Dalian. It made our trip to the beautiful, friendly city of Dalian memorable.

UUtente ospite華住會首選宜必思！附近有好多快捷酒店我都沒住，環境和服務比附近的都好！尤其是前台幾個工作人員很耐心很熱情，我晚上在樓下用電腦的時候發現有些喝了酒的客人很不禮貌，工作人員小夥子小閨寧都很耐心的去解釋和引導！這一點就很不容易！如果在這附近住，強烈推薦他家！電視還能投屏，我在這裏看了S14總決賽！

UUtente ospiteI have used this hotel several times for business and for vacations, the location is great, the facilites too.Good room sizes fast internet, with top grade staff, they make you feel like your at home , buffet breakfast is good for all tastes , Reception staff and all other levels of staff go out of their way to help , Around half the staff speak English, in the basement
there is a German style brewhouse with copper vats etc and the beer is really same as Munich, The restaurant in the basement bar has a good range of Bavarian style dishes and the resident live band plays 6 nights per week (Sundays off) Guitarist , Drummer and Singer really entertain well and play from 20:00 until 24:00 with a couple of short breaks,
There is also a pool and gym, Spa and Cafe and Chinese restauarant too, Around 200 meters away is a really nice park, take the chairlift to the tower and the toboggan back down its great fun, also stroll around , see and feel the atmosphere of the various groups that use the park for walking, dancing, singing, playing card games, also Kicking large ”shuttle cocks” etc, Nearby (5 minute walk from Hotel is a large shopping complex with many eating places and shops etc, the old tram stop is around 15 minute walk and easy to use, I have used a lot of hotels in China, This one is up there with the best of them,, Its my home from home.

Il servizio qui è davvero buono, soprattutto un dipendente responsabile quando ci fermiamo (anche se non conosciamo il nome, Grazie 🙏) perche' ci sono bambini che si prendono cura di tutti, aiutano anche a prendere il letto per bambini, il posto caldo è molto pulito e curato, e l'acqua è molto pulita nel posto in cui i bambini nuotano.È bello arrivare in autunno, il cortile è colorato dalle foglie rosse!
Se si introduce l'intera struttura del parco quando l'ospite si alloggia all'hotel, si preparano i bambini a scoprire nella stanza con bambini e prendere alcuni oggetti distrutti su un corridoio, sarà meglio ☺️
Portare i genitori e i bambini non delusionerà la gente, un'esperienza di alloggio felice 👍

UUtente anonimoThe first day i came, i have trouble with booking procedure as the receptionist couldn’t find my name. I understand they have difficulties to read english name, so i have to wait about 20 minutes for check in. For the room and facilities are good and clean. I booked for 2 nights but they don’t provide any room cleaning and mineral water for the second day. Overall it is worth it for budget traveller , it is not far, not close too, from the subway station line 2 : yi er jiu jie station. I walked less than 10 minutes to reach the station, using Baitu Maps. Dalian is really beautiful, will come back again next year.
