I had a generally pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and provided excellent service throughout my visit. One of the things I really appreciated was the luggage storage service, which made things a lot more convenient. The room was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a microwave and access to a free ice machine, which were great additions. However, I did notice that the floor and the bed seemed a bit dusty, which affected the overall cleanliness of the room. Despite that, the facilities were quite complete and functional, making it a comfortable place to stay overall.

Very nice small hotel! Staff is friendly and helpful. Room is small but comfortable. Conveniently located, within a short walk for the bus to the airport or to Nagoya station. Lots of restaurants and shopping in the area. I would highly recommend.

Richmond Hotel is always a trustworthy brand for me when I have a trip to Japan. Room was always tidy and clean. Staff were always helpful and could communicate an easy English conversation. I asked a front desk lady to book a taxi service for my early departure and everything was well-managed. About the location, Richmond Nayabashi was a bit far from the subway station, but there was a bus stop right in front of the hotel and another stop was just across the street. It was convenient for travellers like me who like to travel by buses.

I forgot to take photo because it’s too gross. There’s an extra pillow near the door with a case thinking its new but when I opened it theres blood stain on it. Also people from the lobby are not welcoming and not foreign friendly.

Richmond always our priority choice when visit to Japan! Location is perfect as near to bus station and train station! Breakfast wise need to some improvement on the variety will be better
