"不誇張的説，這是我們住過的非常難忘的一家民宿，無論是裝修還是服務或者是衞生上，每一處都無可挑剔，N多的細節都拉滿了。管家看到地板哪怕是一根頭髮都隨手撿起，因為地板用的是暖色磚，有頭髮可以看的一清二楚，對於有潔癖的直接閉眼入。房間設施用的都非常好，牆壁怕住客磕碰用的都是弧角，真的太用心了。"

"服務真的很好，提前加我微信給發過來定位，還有表演項目的時間，提醒我帶證件，我中午入住的，在六樓，窗户外可以看到摩天輪，淡季在攜程預訂的很划算，還有四次海洋館進出，我基本都都沒出去，因為酒店位置就在海豚館和美人魚展覽館中間，走路一分鐘，真的距離近太重要了，我第二天退房以後帶孩子接着看錶演，總共看了三場美人魚，四場海豚，坐了兩趟摩天輪，看了兩場海豹，絕對**，衞生説實在進去的桌子和地毯上有污漬之前的弄不掉，前台會要我換房間，但是對比後覺得沒有原來房間舒服，就將就一下吧，睡的床還有衞生間都挺乾淨的，有送四瓶水，我還是説服務態度太好了，反應和回覆都很快，早餐就是團餐水平，反正吃飽了，我覺得就距離服務和便利性以及淡季價格，我很推薦入住"

"Il hotel è stato scelto dal viaggio a Xian Fuoco e è andato al vicina giardino di piante di roccia.Il servizio dell'hotel è molto buono. I clienti che soggiornano possono prenotare un appuntamento per visitare il castello e vedere film. Il castello è uno stile europeo di Castello. Il quarto piano ha un gruppo di 10 milioni di suoni di valore. Prova a sentirsi molto bene. UUtente ospiteIn questo viaggio, mi sentivo come se fossi un turista, più come un rientro con i vecchi amici di audio e ascoltarle storie di vita meravigliose.Pensavo che il rientro fosse un viaggio comune, ma in caso di incidente divenne una delle mie memorie più preziose della mia vita. Il popolo è molto antico, nascosto nell'angolo del muro, la roccia del mare sul sedere, i fiori nell'angolo, riflettono la comprensione unica e la gestione consapevole dell'estetica della vita.
Grazie in particolare al padrone del popolo: Tong Bro.La accoglienza entusiasta e la delicata cura ci hanno reso caldi come la famiglia.Non solo ci hanno fornito un ambiente confortevole di alloggio, ma anche curato il cibo del viaggio con sincerità e buona volontà.Questo amore, mi ricorderò sempre. Anche se non è ancora facile, il viaggio della vita deve continuare.Attendere il prossimo futuro, può tornare a questo posto caldo.

RRegina L. SeguroraL'hotel è situato al di sopra della montagna, è una posizione perfettamente bella. L'atteggiamento del personale di servizio è davvero fantastico e utile soprattutto il desk front, che è molto accogliente alle nostre richieste, il personale del ristorante è stato molto attento e amichevole, grande cibo, non così costoso e la camera è molto pulita, bello e temperato. C'è anche un parcheggio davanti all'hotel. Questo posto è vista da Zhangzhou e l'altro lato è Xiamen. Durante la notte, ci siamo fermati sulla terrazza, beviamo un po' di vino mentre guardavamo alla bella vista. Sfortunatamente, abbiamo perso il tramonto perché è troppo tardi quando torniamo all'hotel. Ci svegliamo anche molto presto e guardare il bellissimo sollevamento del sole al mattino dietro l'hotel. VVythicaWe stayed in Floral Luxury.1949 Guesthouse for 1 night. We booked Mufan room located on the ground floor as i am travelling with my elderly mom and carrying heavy luggage bags.
The guesthouse butler will contact you the night before your arrival to add them to Wechat for easy communication. They will share their hotel location and offer pick-up service at the train station if required.
Access to Yunshuiyao town is RMB90 perpax and free for those aged above 65 years old. Yunshuiyao is a scenic town area with 3 km long (2 - 3 hours walk). We hired a chinese speaking guide to accompany us to explain the history of Huaiyan building (square tulou), Hegui building (round tulou), and the town area. It cost RMB100.
The guesthouse is located inside Yunshuiyao town, behind the shop houses, in-between waterwheel and 2 trees (named as husband and wife) aged above 670 years old.
When we reached there at 2.30 pm, it was raining. The hotel staff immediately came out with an umbrella to pick us up and assist with the luggage.
The check-in is fast, and the access to the room is by password, which they will share in Wechat. Checkout is also very easy.
The hotel offered free fruits twice a day, afternoon and evening.
The basic bathroom essentials are complete, and they also provide bathrobes. The bed and pillows are very comfortable for a good night sleep. Luckily the aircond can change to warm mode as it was very cold on raining day.
There's a mini kids playground for children's. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast set come with porridge and soya drink. Can topup if needed more. The in-house restaurant provides lunch & dinner with a la carte chinese foods menu.
The sky brightens at 5 am, while the sun rises high at 6.45am. If you are able to wake up early, this is the best time for you to revisit the town and tulou surrounding area for nice photos and cool breeze as only local people around. There's a roadside stall selling super long youtiao (equal to size of 2 youtiao) located near the stone bridge not far from guesthouse.
The whole Yunshuiyao town is covered with natural peebles pathway. Wear suitable shoes as it will be very slippery during the rainy day.

DDarylAs it wasn't a busy time and we were staying for a whole week, on check they upgraded us to the Wooden Loft Family Room, which was quite nice. The room was comfortable with big windows and a nice view across the stream to the forest. It was great to have a washing machine and the washing machine had a dryer function as well so we could still dry our clothes when it was cloudy and cool. The smart toilet was a bit disappointing as the controller wasn't very responsive and the flush was very weak. The tub was nice though the water was not quite hot enough to make it comfortable. Most of all we enjoyed the courtyard area and the breakfast/restaurant area, especially the tea room. They are really well designed and organized and provide a nice space to relax and read and write. The breakfast was quite nice, they provide a serving size based on the number of people, though it was often not enough for us and we normally asked for another serving. They also brought a fruit and yogurt platter to the room in evenings which we also enjoyed. The location is convenient to walk down to the Yuchanglou Tulou in Xiabancun, though part of the way will be on the main road which can be busy with traffic. To get to other areas such as Tianluokeng and Taxiacun it is also possible to walk, though again sometimes you have to walk on the main road as there is no walking path or small side road. There is a tourist bus service that goes between the scenic spots and you can even flag them down in between though you are supposed to have purchased a transportation ticket first and that is not striaghtforward to get if you didn't get it in advance. So, most guests come with their own car or rent one. If arriving by train, while trip.com shows the Yongding and Longshan railway stations as the closest, actually the quickest and most convenient station is the one at Nanjing. Also, because the hotel is within the scenic area you do need to purchase tickets to enter, either online tickets or paper tickets at the gate.

PPoh HongExcellent service from the lady boss and the staff. From the time I contacted her, she sent me lots of information about getting to the guesthouse. More importantly, she followed up with me to ensure that I am on the right track to the guesthouse. This was very much appreciated as I had a flight delay and that messed up my original travel plan. The lady boss was very proactive in ensuring that I find my way to the guesthouse. The lady boss' daugther is very cute and adorable. She shared part of her orange with me and when I told her that I liked it, she went off and got one for me! Even wanted to help me with my luggage but a little difficult as she's only 8 years old.
The guesthouse is located on top of a small hill and lady boss will pick up guests at the bottom of the hill; actually, in my opinion, hardly needed as it's only 10 minutes or less walk up a gentle slope but she does the pickup as part of the service that they offer.
The room is very nice and clean. The toilet is western style and has a very nice touch - spot lights are installed on the toilet ceilings and when the nights are cold, you will really appreciate the warmth from these lights after coming out from your shower!
And finally, they will drive guests out to 2 of the best viewpoints for the Tianluokeng cluster at no additional charge.

UUtente ospiteThis homestay is new, nice, clean and comfortable. The service is like a hotel. This homestay is located inside the Yunshuiyao scenic area, and so every guest needs to pay an entrance fee. The homestay can help to arrange a taxi to pick up from 南靖railway station to the homestay with a reasonable price.
If you like beautiful scenery, peaceful and relaxing environment, this is the right place as it’s away from the crowded village centre. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the village centre, ie the water wheel, old banyan tree, and souvenir shops, through a scenic route along the stream and under the shade of old trees. Trekking the cobblestone path gives you a good workout.
There’s a few tulou (earth buildings) within the scenic area but only 2 are open for public to visit. The others are private. Hegui lou is less than a minute’s walk from the homestay, passing by paddy fields, vegetable gardens and lotus field. You can literally see it from the homestay.
The homestay serves delicious local food. I had dinner twice and enjoyed tasting different dishes. Breakfast is simple and includes local produce, giving you a taste of village life. Also, the homestay serves tea from its own farm. I enjoyed tasting different tea.
Lastly, the staff 小凉is very friendly and good service.

UUtente ospiteLe strutture hardware dell'edificio terrestre sono proprio lì e chi ha esigenze più elevate potrebbe trovarlo molto scomodo, ma penso che le condizioni esistenti siano già molto buone. Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo portato i bambini a vivere e sentire la storia, è stato davvero fantastico! E rispetto al Tulou con ”quattro piatti e una zuppa” (bisogna uscire dal Tulou per andare in bagno e fare la doccia), sono davvero grato che la stanza della locanda abbia un bagno privato. La madre del proprietario,. Zia Huang, ha 60 anni. Devo davvero congratularmi con lei: stavamo viaggiando in macchina, appena abbiamo parcheggiato la macchina, è venuta con un palo per portare i bagagli camera, era la guida turistica (ci ha anche portato all'edificio in terra per fare foto gratuitamente), è stata quella che ha cucinato il cibo, ed è stata la stessa che ci ha dato l'ultima goccia. Zia Huang è una grande lavoratrice e gentile e ci fa sentire tutto il calore e l'entusiasmo dei residenti originari di Tulou. Se ne avrò la possibilità, andrò di nuovo a incontrare zia Huang, piace così tanto a tutti noi! Mi piace molto il piatto di funghi rossi selvatici e carne fritta. Zia Huang è andata sulla montagna a raccoglierlo e si è commossa e lo ha mangiato con gioia, ahahah😄

UUtente ospiteI can’t say I’m a frequent guest of this hotel, but I’ve been coming to it for the past 3 years at least once a year. I have to say that I am a bit disappointed with the service. When I arrived at the hotel, I was very hungry, they used to have a menu for the room service in the room, now it was gone, I had to call them to ask someone to bring the menu to the room. I ordered the food at 10pm, at that time, the selection of items was very limited. Luckily my Chinese is good enough to get by, because almost nobody spoke English there. I understand it’s not mandatory to have a full English speaking staff, but I think at least one person per shift should be able to speak some English in case someone needs it.
Another point that needs improvement was the gym. Objects were unorganized, it looked abandoned.
Besides all of this, when I come back, I might give this hotel another chance, the rooms are clean, the location is good and I am usually someone who’s loyal to brands.

UUtente ospiteIt was most unusual that we had to pay in advance CNY1,000 when we checked in for only 1 night. Our room rate was CNY427. The following morning when we checked out, the CNY1,000 was refunded immediately and then we paid the actual bill.
The lobby, elevator and room were clean and nice. Huge bathtub, spacious room.
As our group of 8 checked in late, we had buffet dinner in the hotel. Most of the food dishes were almost empty but the staff were helpful in specially preparing dishes for us. The seafood was fresh but the steak and the other meat dishes of pork, chicken, etc were tough and inedible.
