I love my stay at Naha Shintoshin. It is convenience to a shopping centre Naha Main Place.
We live the bigger room which have washing machine and dryer. A very good stay here, and near a station which is so convenience to travel everywhere.

The hotel was cozy and pleasant. The counter staff were friendly and helpful. during our check in, we were attended by Ms S. Takamine and her colleague. We were impressed by her good command of English and helpfulness.
Our room number was 509 and was always well cleaned and maintained.
We had our breakfast at the second floor and the food was nice. The food variety was well spread.

Great location to nearby shopping and restaurants. Easy to access the bus stop. Very close to the airport. Rooms very clean and extra bonus because you can check your bags into a locker if needed. Very friendly staff. You can check in on a kiosk. The free breakfast is limited to a bagel and a drink. Great staff.

Only 5 minutes’ walk to Monorail Station. The room was very spacious and quiet. The room was very clean and tidy. The breakfast was located on the top floor and the view was good. l'hotel non dispone di servizi quindi ho messo 1 stella. l'hotel è a circa 5 minuti a piedi dalla fermata dell'autobus e dall'aeon maxvalue (supermercato), a 20 minuti a piedi dal terminal degli autobus di Naha (a 2 fermate di autobus), la camera è pulita, la colazione è pane e burro. il personale è cordiale.

Hotel eccellente! Le camere erano pulitissime e arredate con cura. La vasca da bagno e i sali da bagno in dotazione erano un tocco di classe e l'hotel offriva molti comfort come shampoo, balsamo, bagnoschiuma, caffè/tè e pigiami. Anche i letti erano comodi e la vista dalla finestra, verso il mare, era incantevole. Anche la colazione a buffet era molto buona e con un'ampia scelta. Ci tornerei volentieri.

2.Next to the 国際通り(kokusai street)which have tons of stuff.
3.You could tell the lounge is great because there're always other guests in there. It provides awamori, draft beer and other beverage alone side with icecream & snacks untill 22:00. The seaweed soup アーサ汁 is unexpectedly delicious.
4.Free to use washing machine & dryer at B1. You can buy laundry detergent pods for 50yen at the front desk.
p.s. Unfortunately I left my coin purse at the hotel and they contacted me very soon. Amazing service!

- very small toilet, comparable to the lavatory in a plane
- toilet stinks with foul odour from the sewerage, even on the higher floors
- TV channels are all in Japanese
- no coffee supplied in the room , only 2 green tea and 2 black tea bags
- no bottled water supplied
- no early check in or late checkout, fees apply
- no shower cap in the amenities
- only 2 slow elevators serving 13 floors, long queue in the morning during checkout.

SsmicoLa posizione è ottima, il terreno nelle vicinanze è pianeggiante ed è facile camminare ovunque. Ci sono due minimarket molto vicini al piano di sotto. È anche molto vicino al porto di Tomari e puoi prendere una barca per l'isola di Tokashiki. Ci vuole solo un quarto d'ora per raggiungere a piedi il centro della città nuova. Sebbene i residence non abbiano un servizio 24 ore su 24 come gli hotel, hanno tutte le attrezzature e i servizi necessari. L'igiene è meticolosa e non c'è un capello in testa. È molto più pulito della maggior parte degli hotel. Questo è fantastico!
C'è una cucina e un frigorifero in camera, quindi è molto comodo cucinare i propri pasti! Nel bagno è presente la lavatrice e l'asciugatrice, molto comoda per soggiorni medio-lunghi. Fondamentalmente, la cucina e le attrezzature per lavare e asciugare sono i motivi principali per cui ho scelto questo appartamento. Ci si sente come a casa. In realtà c'è una macchina per il vapore del viso. Puoi vaporizzare il viso dopo aver fatto la doccia ogni giorno, il che è fantastico.
L'isolamento acustico della stanza accanto è molto buono. Non ho sentito alcun rumore dalla stanza accanto dopo aver soggiornato qui per 7 giorni. Forse i giapponesi sono piuttosto tranquilli. Ma poiché c'è un sistema di aria fresca tra la stanza e il balcone, e c'è una grande strada non lontano a ovest, a volte di notte puoi sentire le auto della polizia con le loro sirene che inseguono le motociclette che esplodono per la strada. Ma grazie a questo sistema di aria fresca 24 ore su 24, i raffreddori dei miei familiari non mi sono stati trasmessi.
La vista dal balcone è bella. Puoi vedere il mare a Tomari e il tuo soggiorno è molto confortevole! Il personale parlava un buon inglese e non ha avuto problemi a comunicare durante tutto il processo.

I took the TK02 bus from Okinawa Naha International Airport and got off at Kokusai-dori Entrance Station. It took about 12 minutes and cost ¥240. Ryumao Department Store is right here. It took another 5 minutes to reach the Comfort Hotel Naha Prefectural Office. The transportation is very convenient. There are restaurants, bakeries, convenience stores and supermarkets nearby. G/F has coffee and hot water for guests to enjoy at any time. The free continental buffet breakfast does not have many varieties, but it is sufficient and delicious. The hotel room is about 85% new. It has a 4.5-foot double bed. Although the room is small, it can accommodate two 20-inch suitcases. It has a small table, a small seat, a TV, an electric kettle, a clothes rack, a small refrigerator and a small wallet. The power supply is sufficient, the sheets and duvet covers are white and clean, the split air conditioner is cold enough, and the WIFI is fast. The small toilet and bathroom are separated from wet and dry, and there is a bathtub. The tap water is clear and can be boiled for drinking. The toilet drains quickly and the hot water in the shower is OK. This hotel is cost-effective. I will consider it again when I come to Okinawa.

YYeah Boleh JalanIl servizio dell'hotel era buono. Il check-in era buono. Le strutture devono essere raccolte al lobby. Il lobby dell'hotel è al livello 4. Hanno una stazione idrica in ogni piano. Nessun bagno. La posizione era bella, a piedi dalla stazione monorail. Il colazione è stato fantastico con una varietà di cibi. 1500 ¥ per parcheggio nel prossimo edificio. Io consiglio questo hotel se arrivato a Naha città di nuovo.

We booked a Standard Double Relax (Non-Smoking) room. The room is just like in the pictures.
Very clean Very mindful Very Demure. The staff are very friendly and have a service mind. Our favorite part of the room is the massage chair! Because my boyfriend can sit and relax while I get ready in the morning 🌄 . The bed is comfy too.
Great Location as there is 24hr. Family Mart is right next to the hotel. Easy to travel around by foot. But we mainly use taxis to go anywhere because the price is very cheap to go around. For example, Taxi toKokusai Dori st. Cost around 800 yen.
Also highly recommend you guys try the restaurant called ”Yakiniku King” it sooooooooo good. Close to the hotel as well (8-10mins walk) (600 yen by Taxi).
Overall the hotel is 9/10. I would come back again. P.S. Minus one because they clean the room every 3 days but they do provide new towels every day though.

UUtente anonimoLa stanza è ben fatta, non ampia, ma non crampata. L'alloggio ha un distributore d'acqua potabile. È un'acqua fredda e calda in una stretta strada, ma è ok, pulito, buono. Una cosa sconvolta è la vista dalla finestra della stanza che guarda la tomba di Feng Shui, ma non è spaventosa.

La colazione inclusa era buona, ci sono varie opzioni da scegliere, il loro riso taco era delizioso! A proposito 15-17 min passeggiata a kokusai dori. Stazioni di treno e autobus camminano a distanza 5-7 min.

CChrissyboyAlpha Bed was surprisingly good. Room was just as it was in the photos and very clean and tidy.
Service was good. It was a new experience to check in via iPad/tablet but it was straight forward .
Location was super , 5 mins walk from the shopping streets and within 10 mins walk from the Main Street.
Seafood market is also nearby and within 10 min walk.
For those who drive , there is a lot of paid parking around the area. (Around 700 JPY for 12 hours) Nearest one is opposite the hotel which tends to be quite busy until after 9pm. (Priced 700 JPY for 12 hours as at April 2024) If you get home earlier , you may need to go to the other car parks. Some are actually cheaper.
The room comes with everything you need and even has a vacuum cleaner. There is no housekeeping but I heard that you can request it by calling customer support.
If your bins get full, you can put it outside your door and the cleaners who come by in the morning will change it for you .
There is even a balcony !
Most convenient feature is a washing machine with laundry washing liquid and softener inside the room!
Rooms are big .
Would definitely stay here again.

RRACHID EL CADI EL HASKATanto la ubicación como el alojamiento son muy buenos, lo único que no nos gusto nada es que al llegar al alojamiento no había nadie por ningun lado y tuvimos que buscar mil maneras para poder hacer el check in, ya que tuvimos que ir a otro Mr. Kinjo para que nos diera las llaves pars entrar a la habitación,por lo demás bien.
